Woodruff Road Church operates the VBS Go! check-in system to facilitate the safe drop-off and pickup of children during our Vacation Bible School event.
Information We Collect We collect the names, ages, and parent/guardian contact information (phone number and email address) provided during event registration.
How We Use Your Information Your contact information is used solely to send you SMS and email notifications when your child is checked in or released during the VBS event. We do not use your information for marketing purposes.
Information Sharing We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party for any reason.
Data Retention All registration and check-in data is deleted at the end of each event day and is not retained beyond the event.
